I have twenty years of experience as an upholsterer. I was trained in France, where I am from, and worked with several antique shops and upholsterers in Paris. After living in Canada for six years, I opened my own shop here in East York, Toronto in November 2010. I work with decorators as well as with private individuals.

I can re-upholster antique and modern chairs and sofas, headboards, or any other item covered with fabric. You might want to change just the fabric, or both the foam and fabric. Or you might need a complete reassembly of the furniture – new adhesives, new springs and/or foam, and new fabric. Would you like to redo your cushions, have a new headboard built, or install fabric hangings. I can do it all! And I can come and pick up your items and deliver the finished product.

I deal with all items needing a fabric change, i.e.:

- chairs, antique and modern style

- sofas, antique and modern style

- restaurant benches and seats

- headboards

- boat and car seats (under certain conditions)

- pool tables

- office cubicle panels

- etc... 

I can use fabric, vinyl, false leather, real leather or cow hide.

 Depending on what needs to be fixed, I can either:

- only cover the existing chair with fabric

- change the foam and the fabric

- change the springs and/or the webbing jute

- make some paint touch-ups

- apply some veneer

- apply a waterproofing scotch-guard treatment on the fabric

I can also pick-up and deliver the furniture.
